[SOLVED] black spots

I have a problem with several monitors in my lab that have black spots, we are running on a Windows 2003 server. I have 14 computers and about half of the monitors have these patches--it is very annoying.

TFTs ??
Black spots are dead pixels.

I understand that, but these computers are less than a year old, so I was looking for another cause, the patches move around--they are not in the same places.
