What is the brand of the SCSI card? You usely load SCSI drivers when you load the OS. The controller needs the drivers before windows can start. The server will actully load the drivers before initiating the start of windows. This occurs just after POST.

Typically you install 3rd party drivers for SCSI and RAID when you are doing the windows install. I am not sure how to install them any other way.
