[SOLVED] Offline Files

Hey guys i just configured folder redirection in our main server for all users in our network and our users folder redirection is replicated in our secondary server through DFS. But when users logouts and there files are being synchronized to the server after that a error message appears saying that a particular file of a certain softwares efaxmessanger cant be available offline.how do i get rid of this error?, and yet we dont want to allow offline files.

Tnx for the link, i already done that but it didnt help. The error message also indicates that the type file cannot be made offline...
