OS: W2K3 SP1

We are running ArcServer 11.5 SP3 with the disaster recovery option on a Dell server running W2K3 SP1. I am testing the disaster recovery option and have found the recovery is running extremely slow. It took over 6 hours to recover a small test server with 16 GB in three partitions. I believe the issue is the default NIC setting on the test server being set to autodetect and our switch ports all being set to 100/full (I have no control over these switch settings). There are tons of runt errors being posted to the switch stats for the port I am using.
I found an article by IBM ( http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21221299) on how to set the NIC to 100/full by editing the registry while running ASR but I don't believe that change is dynamic as it has had no impact on my recovery. And I don't think I can restart or interrupt the ASR recovery and have those settings stick(? ?) Anyone have any ideas on how to address this problem? Thanks!! Dave
