Lost Administrator Password

I have a customer who HAD an administrator who has 'left' and will not give up the Administrator Password...

how do I reset it?\I used to have a diskette w/ a unix file on it that I could boot to and access the root of 2000 security and change it there, but it doesn't work w/ 2003 Server
Any help?

I'm sorry, but the only legal way is to reinstall Windows. We cannot help to circumvent passwords I'm afraid.
