Error with Diskpart
I am attempting to create multiple partitions on a drive using CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY SIZE=N ALIGN=64.
I can create the first partition with no problems, however subsequent attempts give me the error "diskpart was unable to create the specified partition" unless I drop off the align=64 parameter. There are no other partitions on the drive, so technically I should be to create an additional 3 after the first one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. FYI: I am trying this on a RAID 1 and RAID 5 array. Disks are basic. Any help would be greatly appreciated. gkc |
