Logging software required
I have windows 2003 server machine. I need to know a good logging software. I need it to even track record for byte in/out info. Can anyone suggest any??

Windows Server 2003 already has such a feature known as Performance Monitor (perfmon). You can set up a Counter Log to record bytes sent/sec, bytes received/sec, and total bytes/sec, not to mention a whole slew of other counters per interface.
