Yes i have only just purchased SBS2k3 R2 Premium and im having some horrific troubles with it such as clients joining the domain (some very wierd messages), I searched Microsoft for support but the it told me to call Microsft and when i did they said I needed an engineer to help me @ $350 an hour! (no need to tell you my answer)
Keeping in mind that this is a NEW Paragon server on a clean install.

I'm in progress of migrating a very small business from thier workgroups to a domain, this is all well but SBS loves to install everything and activate them opon OS install. You can cancel the wizard but SBS doesnt like you after that.
Auto installed are as follows:Typical (DC, DNS, DHCP, RRAS, WINS), SQL, IIS (SharePoint Central and Admin Site, ClientConnect, Web Remote Desktop, SBS Monitoring)

I reccommend a absolut minimum of 1G of RAM if you are not running Exchange or another database but if you want to be happy with your SBS box then 2G leaves you a bit of headroom for future expansion.

SBS2k3 R2 Premium is very much jammed packed of features and a great user interface but do some research before purchasing as they have left out some goodies as well, like Terminal Services does not support application mode any more, only remote administration!

Feel free to ask more questions if you would like, i will be happy to respond
