Post Remote Access disc

Hey all

Curious in knowing why a remote connection either refuses to connect at times, then connects sometimes and then not at all while using a computer connected to the same LAN

Re: Remote Access disc

When the machine cannot be accessed are you able to ping it? If you can't it looks like it is a network issue.

What type of program (name) is being used for the remote connection?

Post Re: Remote Access disc

Just using remote access on Windows client. Would a proxy server added to that network cause an issue?

Re: Remote Access disc

I am almost 100% sure that the issue has been created by the proxy server. Consult with your operations dept.

You're using Remote Desktop?
