16bit applications in windows 2003.
Hi,
I support a piece of software but i'm having an odd problem that I think is related to the operating system. It closes down randomly with out error messages, either when just being idle or when being used. It starts again without error and will run until it decides to close again. Its a 16bit application, which is set to run in its own memory space. Anyone got any ideas? |

Uh oh.

But apparently it is failing at the client's office? I think you need to have your programmers right in some audit code to try and track this problem down. I support our software as well and this is how we would go about this. Have them do some traces to see exactly when it is failing and possibly why.
