Net Send Problem

- hey guys i have a problem with net send command. whenever i use the net send command to send messages to the network our users doesnt receive any. i tried using "net send *" but nothing no message receive. i tried using "net send /users" then an error showed up saying that an error occured in sending a message.

Make sure the messenger service is running for messages to be received.

My System

Go into services on each machine.
Right click My Computer, click Manage, expand Services and Applications, click Services.
Check the right side and make sure Messenger is started.
