2000 Server running out of disk space
Hi all,
I have a Windows 2000 Server running on a computer that has a 4 GB C:\ drive and a 60 GB D:\ drive. Almost all of the programs installed on the server, as well as all files that are saved, were installed to the D:\ drive and pretty much the only thing that resides on the C:\ drive is the OS. The server is running out of hard drive space for the C:\ drive. It is down to around 200 MB of free space. Does anyone have any idea on what could be taking up so much space on the hard drive, maybe logs?? Thanks.... |

Could be logs. You could use this program to see what files take up how much space.
http://www.jam-software.com/freeware/index.shtml As a note, I normally make the OS partition around 12-20GB. |
