Unable to connect to VPN Server

- hey guys i just configured VPN in our win03 server...using the instruction in this link http://articles.techrepublic.com.com/5100-6345_11-5031726.html and this works...but my problem now is that i re-configure the server and just changed the private address of the NIC connected to the internet to one of the 3 routable ip addresses given by our ISP...now i plug my laptop to our neigboring office network...but i cant connect there is an error saying the server can not be contacted....

Do you have your VPN connected straight to the internet or are you using a firewall or ISA server?

- yes the VPN server is directly connected to the internet.
- our ISP gave us 3 IP addresses...our DSL modem is connected to a 8 port edimax switch and 2 lines are connected to it 1 going to our network using 1 of the IP address given by our ISP and the other is directly connected to the VPN server that i configured...
