Windows 2000 startup problem
Hello everyone,
Just to introduce myself since I am new to this forum, my name is John and I am from Australia. I am currently having problems booting up Windows 2000. I seem to get this message even before my computer gets a chance to load up Windows. "Windows 2000 could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEMced startup options for Windows 2000..." I've tried using the original Windows 2000 cd but I don't seem to see any option that will allow me to access Windows recovery console or the repair option. Does anyone know any ideas or have come across the same problem? Thanks John |
