Active Directory Server 2003

What is the best way to do the following? I have an entry in active directory for a server that is no longer in use. I need to add a new server and need to use the same name as the no longer used machine in AD. So do I delete/reset/remove/etc...?

My System

If it is going to be a new machine, normally I just delete the computer account.
