RAS server DHCP relay agent issues

Hi guys
We have an internal RAS server on which our external vpn clients get connect to.
Our network diagram is like following:
Vpn Clients
|
Internet
|
Cisco Pix 515e firewall
|
ISA 2004 SP2
|
VPN Server using ISA 2004's internal address as default gateway

We have an internal DHCP server which is configured to take care of the entire LAN

Our RAS server was configured using custom configuration allowing VPN access and we did enable the DHCP relay agent using interface "internal" which was default and we did make the entry of DHCP server IP for DHCP relay agent, and confirmed that there were no issues contacting the DHCP server from our RAS server

Now our problem is whenever a client establishes the connection to our VPN
server, the client gets an IP address which is entirely different from our LAN subnet.
For example say our LAN uses the following subnet: 192.168.20.0/24 and the client gets an IP like 168.155.23.155 etc and when we check the General node under IP routing, we could see "internal" interface is showing connected and the 168.155.23.155 assigned to it.
We had gone through many technical documents provided by MS and couldn't find a solution which could solve our problem.
Please comment what we should do to get this nagging issue solved.
