remote desktop connection inquiry

elo guys just want to know how to configure my windows 2003 server to minimize user connection using Remote desktop connection... for ex. 2 users only can connect to my server simultaneously, others wouldnt be able to connect unless 1 of the 2 users log off or disconnect ...

OS: Windows Server 2003


Try only allowing specific users to access the machine, I think the setting is in the domain controller security policy, I remember changins this but I am not sure how. I will continue looking.
