help appending large folders

Hey, I use win2k pro.

My problem is that I'm working with folders that contain a large quantity of files. I keep these folders & files backed up on multiple hard drives. What I was wondering is when I update those files into one folder on one particular hard drive, is there any way I can also update the folders on the other hard drives without having to re-write the entire thing (which takes way too long) and without sitting there continuously clicking "NO" when it asks if I would like to overwrite/replace file.
Its funny how windows gives you a "yes to all" button if you would like to replace all the files but it doesn't give you a "no to all" if you don't want to overwrite you just want to add extra files to the folder.

Any help you guys could give would be appreciated.

Beyond Compare is well worth the $30.

But you can try this if you want something free.
