Mistake Please Help, Memory Dump!!!!

Hi, I really need some help on my computer. im running a windows 2000 computer, a panasonic toughbook. but recently when i load up, i get to the desktop and in the bottom right hand corner whenever norton antivirus 2006 appears, i get a blue screen saying "begining phyiscal memory dump" i then have to restart my comp. bt it dose the same thing again and again. CAN SOME ONE HELP ME PLEASE.

first try leaving the pc off for 15 minutes then turn it back on. if that dosen't work you will have to take the memory out, and let the motherboard sit with no memory for a few minutes. i get this problem at work all the time, most of our pc's have windows 2000 on them. and the steps i listed usually work for me, so good luck.

Disable norton from starting up with the computer and see what happens. If it works fine uninstall Norton, reboot and reinstall.
