Command Window App Troubles
We are attempting to run an old Clipper application through the NT (SP 6) command window. The application loads correctly, but then we are unable to type anything within the app. None of the keyboard input is reflected within the app. We've installed and run the same app under XP and have experienced no problems. The same app also runs on other NT (SP 6) machines without problem. Is there some sort of environmental variable that might have been changed? What else could cause this sort of problem?

NT is notorious for not supporting some Dos apps. If the app is trying to directly interact with hardware, you are out of luck. I would suggest using a 9x machine, or XP (as it has already worked).
