Small media player no longer functions
The following is a problem I submitted to the Microsoft forum and have yet to fix the problem.
I keep quite an extensive collection of sound clips on my hard drive. When in the folder where these files are stored I could highlight one and a small media player would appear on the left hand side of the folder where I could play these files from instead of double clicking the file and fully opening Windows Media Player. Within the last few days this function has become disabled. The player still appears but nothing happens when I click play.

Ran housecall, no problems. Ran Spybot, 5 problems detected and removed. Do not want to download ewido as this is a work computer and it already runs McAfee corporate anti-virus software. Problem still present.
