OS: windows2000 service pack 4
|
windows 2000, gumshoe security administering erased my desktop files and cookies....
I have windows 2000 service pack 4
and i just set up some security password stuff(i dont realy know what im doing, ill just call it stuff) I set up some passwords so you have to loggin in each time to start the user accounts, and it was going pretty well until and all of a sudden, with one of my last password administering manuvers, all the destops look the same, all erased and the same color as the admin's account. All of the files on the c: are intact, but all of my desktop files are gone. Im a game programmer and ALL of my work was on the desktop, and i cant find my missing data anywhere, and this would realy put me behind. |
