MS03-032 won't install at all

I'm having the following problem that I hope someone can help me with:

Updating the IE 5.5 on some Win2K workstations with the latest MS patches and MS03-032 won't install. I tried everything I could think of but nada. So I tried uninstalling IE and guess what? It won't unistall. All of the workstations are at SP3 and have the MS03-026 patch on them, any idea as to what I can do short of manually ripping IE out and trying to reload it from CD?

Well, you could try updating the IE to 6-SP1 and see if that works.
