'Dumping Physical Memory'

Whats that all about? should i let it dump or not?

I'm guessing your system crashed on you. A memory dump is a log of the contents that were found in your memory at the time of the crash. Debugging the log can usually provide you information on what caused the crash. "Should I let it dump" is irrelevant. Your system is merely doing what it is suppose to do.

yea, ur right when u said it crashed, thnx 4 the pointer, do u actually no what its dumpin though or is it in the dump log?

Windows 2000 stores its memory dump logs in C:\winnt\memory.dmp To read the file, you will need a debugger program such as Microsoft's free Windbg.

Thanks, i managed to fix my pc, but ill bare this in mind for the future, i re-formatted 2kpro. Im not exactly sure but it stopped working, so thats why i re-formatted it. im not running my 6GB as a master and a 10GB as a slave
