Getting error code

I run windows 2000 professional and use explorer and firefox for my web browsers. I am trying to launch my yahoo launchcast radio station that I use every single day, and all of a sudden now it is giving me this error: Sorry, could not load all required files. Please try again later.

Error Code: 27 - playerWindow.js

I have already tried everything to fix this, turn off norton, turn off zonelab, turn off popup blockers, etc. And it still will not load. I was just using the dang thing this afternoon, and now it's not working for some crazy reason. If anyone has any insight as to why or what is causing this I would very much appreciate some help. Thanks

Disable ad blocking and cookie handling in ZoneAlarm and then try again.
