NT Reboots at Splash Screen - Due to Win Update
Ok, here is the deal. I have a server running Windows NT 4.0 SP6a. I recently downloaded the Security Update package from Microsoft's own Windows Update site and now my server is inaccessible. Well, I can't get into NT anyways. The server boots up fine as it always had before, but when it gets to the splash screen and the 'Hit CTRL-ALT-DELETE to login" box appears, the screen just goes black and the server reboots. The cycle is never ending. It just keeps rebooting and loading, rebooting and loading, rebooting and loading, etc... Does anyone have any clue what this might be and what can be done about it. Comments, Suggestions, anyone....
