ServicePackCache
What consequences, if any, are to the fact that my Windows 2000 Pro Registry lacks HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Setup/ServicePackCachePath" ? In fact it lacks HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Setup."

Correction:
The title of this thread should be ServicePackCachePath, rather than ServicePackCache. As a result of using a Registry fixing program, "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Setup/ServicePackCachePath" has been deleted by me, not once but twice, for reasons I do not recall. What if anything, could be the consequences? Moreover, "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Setup never went missing or got restored. |
