Win2000 Shortcut problem
That's my friend's problem. All shortcuts are identical and it's impossible to launch any program using them. I think it's something related with File Types (Folder Options> File Types). But I can't find "Shortcut" type in there.
 How do I correct this problem and what could have caused it?
