NT 4 licences

In the absence of any paperwork, how is the easiest way to find out how many users an NT 4 server is licenced for? I have tried the Licensing applet in Control panel on one of the servers, but when I try to open it, I get the message 'Not available in the MSDN Edition of BackOffice'. The other server allows me to open it, but gives no information.

Thanks

For the server which the license applet works:
Possibly the case that the licensing mode is set to "Per Seat" ie: The server is assuming that the license is held on the client machine.

For the MSDN server:
Generally MSDN products don't have a license requirment because they are used for development work. Later on you would replace it with the real product. Unfortuantly there is no upgrade path. Means a reinstall.
