Cannot Delete Folder

Hi Fellas, I have a folder in My Documents that I can't get rid of. It says the files are in use, but I don't see how they could be. I tried Killbox.exe to try to remove it during bootup, but it was no use. The installation of 2000 Pro is less than a week old. I'd like to avoid reformatting again if I can avoid it, as such I am 100% percent open to any suggestions. All suggestions are appreciated.

Have you tried deleting with command prompt in safe mode?

Problem Solved

I finally managed to figure out permissions were not properly set. Thanks.
