Anything I Can Do?

I picked up a Dell computer, Model OptiPlex gx260. The processor is an X86 family 15 Model 2 Stepping 4 Genuine Intel - 1793 MH. Total physical memory is 129, 016 KB, Available Physical memory is 6,188 KB. Total virtual memory is 548, 584 KB. I have cleaned all files, defrag, etc. I believe this computer can be upgraded to 2 GB of Ram. Any other recommendations to speed up the computer?

I would start with the memory. Get a 512MB or 1GB stick.
Because the fact that your system only has a 128MB stick in it, You will be amazed at what you will gain by upgrading the memory.

Thanx for the reply..I found out the computer has 2 slots..I am getting 2 ea 1GB memory sticks

As cheap as memory prices are now, I'd say go for it.
