Starting programs on boot

Hello,

In the last few days my ZoneAlarm Pro and others (but not all) has stopped loading on boot ( W2000 Pro sp3).

There is a ShortCut in the administrators/start menu/programs/startup folder.

It just quit working. Works fine if started manually.

Current profiles for NAV and Pest Patrol don't report anything!

Could someone give me a course in how "run on startup" short cuts are executed so I can troubleshoot this and learn something new..

Thanks in advance..

Send a message via ICQ to edwinchang
ok i'm not sure if this works...
make a shortcut to the .exe files that u wanna start up on boot, and move that shortcut to the "startup" folder on ur windows start menu (the one on the bottom left). The "startup" folder should be in the "programs" already...

no gurantee this will work... but i think that's the way to do it...
