hello,
I am new to the forumn, so please be patient with me and my lack of knowledge. whenever i boot up my laptop i get this message UNABLE TO START DRIVER FOR HPHipm11.exe what is this driver for and how do i correct the proplem : |

It appears to be a printer driver ("HP PML Driver for HP.s Photosmart printers" to be exact). Your best bet would be to reinstall the drivers for the printer.
