Computer Reboots by itself (Win2k)

Hi, got a new problem here... I got a IBM Netvista Model 6341/B2S and the bi*** reboots by itself. At first the machine hangs at the loading windows 2000 screen. I manually reboots and it works fine, load windows, then start to reboot at any time.
I tried to install Windows 2000 again, but at "copy files" screen it reboots again. Or just hang.

I did the follow things:
change the memory
check the HD (works fine)
Remove all components
change the littium cell
I did everthing that I learn but nothing, still reboot by itself.

I donīt know what to do, any help would be appreciate

hi
what memory did you put in?
if you put in 2 sticks, try it with just 1 until you get your operating system up and running.

You might want to check the power supply, I had the same problem with one exception,.. I was able to load XP with no problem. Using dual boot option, everytime I wanted to load 2k, the computer would reset. The next step was to do a complete fresh win2k load and in the loading process the computer would reset. I picked up a power supply tester from NEWEGG.COM and that thing is priceless..
