OS: WINDOWS 2000 PROFESSIONAL EDITION
|
i am so upset at this computer. the day i sold it to a very good friend it decides out of nowhere while playing a yahoo game the screen turns blue with the stop error bluescreen. I have not altered or attempted to change anything on this computer before this happened. I have been searching so many web sites for help step by step so i can make this a good working computer for my friend. i run windows 2000 professional edition on it with pentium111 if that will help. i would appreciate this so much and thankyou
(sad and eager to learn) |

The very first thing that I would do, assuming that you moved this computer to a new location, is open the case and check every connection. Make sure the cards, well, everything, is tightly connected. So often, when moving a machine, things will get knocked loose, cause all sorts of distress.
Give that a try, then let us know! |
