Upgrade Win 98 to Win 2000

In Win 98 I used RUN - MSCONFIG - STARTUP TAB to select and deselect specific processes from running at startup. I have been unable to find that same process in Win 2000. Is there an easy way to do the same thing?

X-Setup will allow you to manage this stuff and lots more. Very handy utility to have around. :)
