Can someone tell me the process of how to set a new user account on Win 2000? Thanks.

Log in using an account that has admin rights, Right Click on My Computer, select Manage. The left-hand pane will have an entry called "Local Users and Groups", expand it, select Local Users. The right will show the current accounts. Right Click in that pane and select New.
