Cry Totally Confused! Blue Screen During Reboot

Hello,

I am currently running Win 2000 Professional in Safe Mode. When my system reboots, I have the option to go to C: Windows 98 or F: Windows 2000 Professional.
I have 2 separate hard drives. Each one is partiioned.
C(98) hard drive has 3 partitions:
C drive(15GB), L drive(5GB) and T drive(5GB).

F(2000) hard drive has 2 partitions:
F drive (14.6GB)
W drive (5GB)

I haven't rebooted into the C drive (Windows 98) for at least 2 years--because it always freezes on boot-up, I boot into drive F--Windows 2000. I really have no use for the C drive at all. It takes about 5+ minutes to reboot my computer--sometimes I have to try 3 or 4 times because either the mouse freezes or it just starts the reboot process over for no reason.
Anyways now I am in SafeMode because I keep getting an all blue screen during boot-up that says:

STOP
A wait operation, attach process or yield was attempted from a DPC Routine.
Beginning dump of physical memory

Then nothing happened so I unplug my computer and try again--but have got the same blue screen 3 or 4 times now.

Anybody have any suggestions--I need help please.

Thank you,

Joyfoos

P. S.
I have had major problems with pop-ups also--I have followed the advice of techs. and run (Windows Updates, Ad-aware SE personal by LavaSoft, Spybot S&D, CWShredder, Cleanup, Hijackthis), and I still am having problems, do not what to do next--I have done so much already. Anybody know anything about SpySweeper by Webroot?

Quite frankly, from the description you've posted, I'd backup my data and do a fresh installation! Since you don't use W98, I'd simply lose that and clean up the configuration a bunch.
