MSIMN.exe has generated errors

When I go to compose an email, I get the following message: "MSIMN.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created."
I have confirmed that none of my outlook express files are read only, I have exported the Identities key and re-created it, still no luck!
Help!

I have the same error when launching Outlook Express. I have tried all of the documented fixes from Microsoft to no avail.... If anyone has suggestions on this please Help..
