Pc startup issues
I am communicating with you Via my mac laptop. I have a Hewlett Packard desktop, which is the computer that I am having the problems with. I have not used the desktop since I purchsed the laptop. I tried to start the desktop, after having it unplugged for about 3 months, earlier tonight. It started to load and got as far as the windows 2000 loading page, but did not load my desktop, but rather restarted by itself. I restarted many times, tried starting in safe mode, and even unplugged, replugged, and tried again. All to no advail. Any suggestions?

Re: Pc startup issues
Have you tried to disable automatic restart on error? This sounds like you are experiencing a BSOD and the computer is automatically restarting because of it.
