OS: internet explorer 6.0 service pack 1

reinstalling internet explorer 6
my internet explorer files were corrupted. I tried repair to no avail, so I deleted them and tried to reinstall them. now I keep getting an error
"ie6wzd.exe has created error. you must restart the program" and the installation bombs. I went on to the knowledge base and created a windows update set up file, Ive tried altering the setup.exe file suggestions that the internet has given and nothing words the installation wizard keeps bombing the installation. I'm ready to pull my hair out. Someone please help me:4-do |
