lsass.exe terminated with status code 1073741819

I am just now getting this System Shutdown error message:
C;\WINNT\system32\lsass.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code 1073741819, which stays up for one minute, and then immediately restarts the machine.
The biggest problem I am having with this is I have no way of getting past it and into my machine. The machine just continues to restart and shutdown over and over and over..... I have a second machine (which is how I am sending this), but have no access to the troubled machine.
I have seen the comments of using the run command and doing the 'shutdown -a', but I am unable to get to the start button where I can run this.
I am on Windows 2000 professional. Please help!

I think this is somewhat spyware/adware attacked to ur computer try removing it. Or try system restore

I am unable to remove anything or do any system restore because it won't even start up. I have tried it in safe mode, debugging mode, normal mode, everything, and still goes straight back to the system shutdown message and restarts again. Any other help is greatly appreciated.
