It has always been kind of slow. I am fairly sure that I assembled and hooked up everything OK -- it looks like it's pretty hard to plug things in wrong.

I have IOBit system manager as well as task manager. Even after freeing up RAM, defragging, and other various "tuneup" things, it still tends to freeze up when I am watching a movie, and it takes forever to boot up, or open programs such as Mozilla, WinExplorer, etc.

What can I do? This computer is being used almost exclusively to download and watch videos, as well as some streaming TV content on the web. It is hardwired into a WiMax 6 Mbs modem, and the connection speed is pretty much where it should be. Would overclocking (whatever that is) help? It sure sounds good.
