W2k reboots at 1805-1810

For the past 2 weeks my Win2k machine has suddenly reboot itself somewhere between 1805-1810. I've run AVG Virus scans, spybot scans, rootkit revealer and I could find nothing out of the ordinary that would cause this behavior. Is there some sort of setting in Win2k that could be causing this, or is there a virus/maleware that would be causing this reboot?

Thank you for help in advance.

Re: W2k reboots at 1805-1810

Some updates:
I've tried playing with the clock settings. If I change the time to 1800-1810 time range, prior and the time period hasn't occurred yet, then a reset wont occur.

If at 1700, I change the time to 1900 then, at 1740 a reset occurs.

I do not think the electrical outlet is the issue, because the machine is plugged into a UPS. Any suggestions?
