I uninstalled windows media player yesterday and then i installed it again but now i get this error message
"Stop:This driver might be at fault:Cdr4_2k.SYS" Adress ED0802E0 base at ED0802E0,Date stamp 00000000 - Cdr4_2k.SYS" is there any way i can download windows media player 9 without getting the error page? A pic is included of the blue screen i get http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/m...1214/Error.jpg[/ srry if i post it in the wrong forum plz help mee my computer is windows 2000 and yes i have the windows 4 pack or something like that |

Amazingly, someone has the same identical problem as you here!
http://club.cdfreaks.com/f59/blue-sc...-roxio-245352/ All I can tell from a google search is cdr4_2k.sys has to do with Roxio EasyCD Creator. I know WMP installs some Roxio CD burning components (the other forum states this too), but I wouldn't know how to remove or uninstall them. Perhaps ask jcgriff2. He's the crashdump analysis god around here. |
