problem in calling named pipe from isapi filter

hi
i'm writing an application in which i want to send some data from
isapi filter dll(client) to another process(server)
i'm tryinf named pipes for inter process communication.
but there is problem in calling CreateFile function (to connect pipe) from in side iis filter dll .
it refuses connection any idea ?
