HP Laserjet 4315 printer

Good morning all,

I have an end-user whose HP 4315 fax/printer has stopped working. Should I be looking to restart the spooler? Otherwise I haven't a clue how to get his printer back to printing.

Any assistance to this problem is greatly appreciated.

What have you done to try to resolve the issue thus far? What are the system specs? Is the spoolsvc running a high percentage in task manager? Have they tried rebooting the computer?
