Bypassing organisation network password

I have been given a computer from an organisation that are now out of business. when i switch the computer on, i recieve a log in screen and the following appears (user name, password and log on to) from Windows 2000 professional built on NT technology.

Is there anything I can do to by pass the log in screen?
