Cannon printer isn't responding-- HELP!
Hey all I just got a "New" computer. It is a Dell and windows 2000 prof. I used to have a windows 2000 prof, but a friend hooked me up with this Dell because I'll have more space. I have a Cannon S200 and it worked just fine in my other comp. In this one I just went online and downloaded the driver and the printer icon says ready. But when I go to print it says that the printer isn't responding. I have tried all three USB ports and it still won't respond. I really need to get this going for my work. I don't want to upgrade to a newer printer because the ink for this one is very cheap. Any suggestions?

Re: Cannon printer isn't responding-- PROBLEM RESOLVED Thanks to a friend at home
Don't bother answering this. It doesn't seem like anyone is going to, but just in case some nice person reads it, I don't want you to go through the trouble. I had a friend come over and he fixed my problem. It had to do with a whole lot of drivers missing from my computer. Thank God for friends.
