Real VNC and Tight VNC

I've tried both of them on my Windows 2000 box and I can`t get anyone outside of my network to connect. I have forwarded the port and everything. I even disabled the firewall on the box and nothing! People can connect to my Xp machine but not the 2k box. I've forwarded the correct ports in my router's screen.

Local IP is 192.168.0.98

Any ideas of what I can do?

What firewall do you have running on the Win2k Box?

It MAY just be as simple as having the "only allow loopback connections" checked.
